Products Offered
We sell two primary categories of products:
2.1 Original Oil Paintings
These paintings are created exclusively by Tasmeen Oozeerally. Each painting is unique and may feature characteristics inherent to handmade artwork, including texture and minor variations.
2.2 Scarves Produced by a Third-Party Company
We offer scarves designed by Tasmeen Oozeerally and manufactured by RA Smart (Holdings) Ltd, and sold by us. We do not manufacture these scarves ourselves. All product details provided are based on information supplied by the manufacturer.
Product Descriptions
Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate.
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in pounds unless otherwise stated. Prices may change without notice.

We accept payment via the methods displayed at checkout. By submitting payment, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders if fraud or unauthorized activity is suspected.
Order Processing and Shipping
5.1 Processing Time
Processing times vary depending on the product. Original oil paintings may require special packaging to ensure safe shipment.
5.2 Shipping
We only ship to the UK. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout.
5.3 Risk of Loss
All products are shipped by Parcel Force and Royal mail Tracked. Risk of loss transfers to you once the carrier takes possession of the package.
Returns and Refunds
2025 EXTENDED HOLIDAY EXCHANGES & RETURN POLICY:
All purchases made between 17th November, and 24th December 2025 may be returned or exchanged until 9th January 2026.

Please securely package the item in its original packaging.
You will be sent a returns label by email, the cost of which will be deducted from your refund. Please see return shipping charges below:
UK: £10.00 GBP for Scarves
UK: £25.00 GBP for Artwork
Please note: These charges are reflective of true shipping costs; Outbound order shipments from our website are heavily subsidised by the company. Any duty and tax charges noted on your original order confirmation are non-refundable.
6.1 Oil Paintings
Due to the unique and handmade nature of original oil paintings, all sales of paintings are final, unless:

Scarves may be eligible for returns or exchanges based on our posted Return Policy, provided they are unworn, unused, and in their original condition.
6.3 Damaged or Incorrect Items
Claims must be submitted within 3 days of delivery, with photographic evidence.
Once your order arrives back with us, it will be quality checked by the team within 3 working days. We will notify you by email once this has been completed and the refund has been processed. Please allow between 5-7 working days for the funds to register back into your account.
Intellectual Property

All artwork, designs, images, text, and content created by Tasmeen Oozeerally are protected by copyright and may not be reproduced, sold, or distributed without prior written consent.
7.2 Third-Party Products
Trademarks or designs belonging to the scarf manufacturer remain the property of their respective owners.
Third-Party Relationships
We are an independent seller of scarves produced by a third-party company. We are not responsible for the manufacturing process, materials, or defects originating from the manufacturer except as required by consumer protection laws.
